Jan - Few people seem to miss ‘09 while 2010 promises to be a very exciting year with confidence coming back to both the residential construction and property markets. We are also finally starting to see some real benefits to our clients from the changes to the Planning Laws now that local authorities have had time to digest the amendments and properly incorporate them into their planning policy.

Dec – Wishing all our team members, suppliers and past and present clients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

Nov- It was back to school this month for several members of our team to learn about new water proofing and construction methods for basement construction. Ask us about new systems from Delta and BASF.

Oct- This month K&L checked out the latest wireless systems for TV and HIFI lovers. Our favorite gadget by a mile is the new Logitech Harmony One remote control. Now we can hide not only those pesky cables, but all the kit as well so no more jam sandwiches in the Blue Ray player. Sweet!
